Your tasks:

Your tasks are divided into two areas:

One is the preparation of accounts and annual financial statements. You are passionate about helping new clients in particular to create digital processes. You will also prepare tax returns and check tax assessments.

On the other hand, I would like to win new clients, mainly English-speaking, with your help. These may be employees. But also companies whose owners prefer to have a contact person who speaks English. You can put your knowledge of international tax law to good use, especially with employees. You are the first point of contact for new clients in this exciting field.

Your profile:

• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Confident handling of the Datev programs
• Completed training as a tax specialist (m/f/d) or Diplom Finanzwirt (FH)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Very high affinity for digital processes
• Independent and autonomous work combined with a quick grasp of things
• Strong communication skills, creativity & hands-on mentality
• Enjoy creating new processes (e.g.: How can I obtain signatures digitally?)

We offer:

• 80% home office: My team works from shared workstations. I would therefore be happy to see you here 1-2 days a week. The rest of the time you can work from home (assuming you have stable internet). 100% home office is also possible on request.
• On request, I can equip your study with modern hardware (compact PC, 2 high-resolution monitors). Would you rather have a laptop? No problem. Of course, you may also use the computer for private purposes.
• A company cell phone on request
• Even more important than IT: we have a fully automatic coffee machine (fresh water and a kitchen for lunch breaks are also available)
