Here you will find a handy Excel spreadsheet to help you calculate the drop in sales from April to August.
This is because the extended bridging assistance can only be used if one of the two points applies:
At least 30% drop in sales between April and August compared to the previous year
OR
A drop in sales of 50% for at least two consecutive months.
Only then do the sales and fixed costs for the months September – December become important.
